PBS is looking for innovative educators from across the USA who specialise in the use digital teaching tools to enter their Digital Innovators Program.

Children’s media and education are key pillars of PBS. This program is looking for the best example of how educators make best use of PBS tools and materials in the classroom as well as other digital tools to inspire students.

Successful entrants will receive “a three-day all-expense paid trip to San Antonio, Texas, June 24-26, to participate in the 2017 PBS Digital Innovators Summit and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) conference” and the chance to network with an esteemed speakers and experts as well as get to grips with the latest digital tools for education.

Entrants will have to submit a “mini-presentation” video to show their use of current PBS and other digital educational tools as well as a short profile and essay question. The deadline for applications is on the 13 February 2017 with winners announced on the 15 March 2017.
