Why does media matter for Development?

Throughout the course, participants will cover different types of media including participatory, community, social and public media as well as media representations, and explore how they all play a vital role in development processes and social change.

The course is designed for individuals who have an interest in studying or working in the fields of media and international development and is open to all. The course was designed in collaboration with colleagues from the Department of International Development at the University of East Anglia (UEA).

Participants can join anytime within the 4 weeks from 17 January 2022.
