From pro-government election and coronavirus coverage to hate speech, there are serious concerns that the government’s ongoing interference will extinguish hopes for independent public media in Poland.

In March 2019, a group of journalists, media managers and press regulators from five countries in the Asia-Pacific region met in Kuala Lumpur to develop guidelines for journalists and media workers in South East Asia.
