Welcome to our newly elected Board of Trustees.
The PMA team and members warmly welcome the election of President Paul Thompson, and Vice Presidents, Gary Allen and Jorge Sigal for the next term of the PMA Board. Paul and Gary have already served terms of office on the PMA Board and we are delighted to be able to continue our work with them both. An especially warm welcome, or of course, ‘Bienvenido’ is extended from us all to Jorge Sigal, our colleague in Argentina.
We also welcome the rest of our Board, with new additions Niro Cooke, Dr. Frank Freiling and Louise Higgins. We look forward to working with them all to support and promote the values of public media worldwide.
The PMA membership elects a new Board every two years and the following representatives of their organisations have been elected to stand from 13 August 2018, the date of our global conference.
